Asset Protection Proposal -

Immediately Secure Property
Sampling for disposal any environmental risks identified in the initial investigation
Verifying and/or securing appropriate site EPA ID #
Analysis of waste products if necessary
Creating disposal site approval paperwork
Ensure wastes are in proper shipping containers
Schedule wastes into disposal facilities
Create proper manifests, or shipping documents
Transport wastes to disposal facilities

Additional services: Removal of non-environmental risk materials left behind by former tenants/owners; Properly closing the building for cold weather conditions; Inspecting the property routinely for security breaches and overall property condition; Maintaining property appearance, painting, lawn maintenance and snow plowing.

We recommend the inspection take place prior to the lending institution taking ownership of the property. HM Environmental Services, Inc. upon authorization will promptly mobilize personnel and equipment to the site to begin securing the property and removing any potential environmental risks.
